The photos are released for non-commercial publication in connection with Klassik Open Air provided the photographer is credited.
Accreditation is mandatory for media coverage requiring access to the stage area at Luitpoldhain. Applications must be submitted in writing immediately to:

Accreditation is required by the following deadlines; media passes can be picked up at the backstage entrance (on the side of the Meistersingerhalle) during the times listed below:
By Wednesday, July 22, 2026: Accreditation for the family concert and evening concert with the Staatsphilharmonie Nürnberg on Sunday, July 26
Pass pickup: for the family concert on Sunday, July 26, between 9:30 and 10:30 a.m., and for the evening concert between 4:00 and 5:30 p.m.
By Wednesday, August 5, 2026: Accreditation for the evening concert with the Nürnberger Symphoniker on Saturday, August 8
Pass pickup: Saturday, August 8, 4:00 p.m. to 5:30 p.m.
Media passes grant access to the photo pit and, in consultation with the organizer’s representatives, to the backstage area and the stage.
Note on stage access: You must indicate your desire for stage access at the time of accreditation. In consultation with the festival and stage management on site, stage access is only possible at a specific time during the concert due to the simultaneous broadcast by Bayerischer Rundfunk. You will be notified of the specific time after accreditation. To access the stage, black clothing and closed shoes are required.
